ST stands for Silent. Performance is still the same.
Primacy SUV and primacy 3 are of different types of primacy category. You normally cannot find both appear for you to choose.
Primacy Pilot is also in the primacy category as well.

There are primacy 3 run flat tyre available. Prices are different than the normal tyre.
